Gauteng Fabrication Facility

Precision heavy-duty power engineering

We process raw grain-oriented silicon steel and heavy-gauge plate into utility-grade transformer radiators and cores, fully managed under one roof in our local South African plant.

Chronological Flow

The production sequence

From raw material receipt to final pressure testing, every stage of our manufacturing process is documented, measured, and verified against strict utility tolerances.

Slitting & cutting

Robotic assembly

Pressure testing

Raw steel coils undergo automated slitting and precision longitudinal cutting to establish the exact dimensional foundations required for thermal dissipation efficiency.

Automated multi-spot welding lines fuse the radiator fins, while core laminations are stacked with precision-cut silicon steel to minimize structural no-load losses.

Every assembled radiator panel undergoes zero-leak pressure testing under pressurized oil to guarantee absolute hermetic sealing before receiving its protective coating.

+ Certified Compliance

Verification protocol

SANS compliant engineering

We provide full material traceability with certified mill test reports for every production run. Our quality management systems align directly with SANS and international IEC electrical standards.

• 100% helium and oil leak detection • Ultrasonic steel thickness verification • Micro-tolerance lamination alignment • SANS 10142 compliant manufacturing
